• MY EVENT IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. IS IT TOO LATE TO BOOK HEARTSPEAKS?
  All bookings must be secured at least 60 days prior to your event.
• IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK HEARTSPEAKS FOR MY EVENT?
  Yes, a $200 Reservation Deposit is required to reserve a poet and the date. This amount is non-refundable but it is deducted from your final balance. Work will not begin until after the Reservation Deposit is received. Your final balance is due on the day of the event.
• HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
  A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for both your deposit and your remaining balance.
• WILL I BE ABLE TO REVIEW THE POEM BEFORE MY EVENT?
  Yes. In fact, up to two drafts of all artwork (poem, music, and graphic designs) will be sent to you for approval before any publication or live performance. Further edits and revisions can be made for an additional fee.
• HOW LONG IS THE POEM AND PERFORMANCE?
  Heartspeaks poems are typically 200-300 words and the Dallas custom wedding poetry performances range from 2-4 minutes.
